EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At this time, exchanges are not being processed.
The item will need to be returned and the desired item repurchased.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted if the
product is in its original condition and has not been used, cleaned, or damaged in any way. It must include all tags, ribbons, and seals.
Write to us at hola@saenzstudios.com and we will tell you how to proceed.
Once the return arrives and if it is in good condition, a refund will be issued, refunding the
amount paid minus shipping and return costs, which may take up to 10 calendar days, depending on your bank.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us by sending an email to hola@saenzstudios. We will proceed to
refund the purchase amount, including shipping costs, as long as the order has not been prepared or loaded onto the courier trucks from our logistics warehouse.
If it has been loaded, no refund will be issued.
If the garment has any defect, you must report it within a maximum of 24 hours from the
receipt of the product by emailing hola@saenzstudios.com
