Orders within the Peninsula are shipped within 2-3 business days, while orders for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and the rest of Europe are shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping costs are:
• Peninsula: €5.00 • Balearic Islands: €8.00 • Canary Islands: €10.00 • Europe: €12.00

Once the purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email and the tracking number for your order so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment at all times.

Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Some of our carriers may deliver on weekends, which can occasionally shorten delivery times, but we cannot guarantee weekend delivery.

Orders may be signed for by someone other than the recipient; however, we cannot accept responsibility if the signature at the delivery address does not match the intended recipient. Additionally, packages delivered with proof of signature cannot be refunded or replaced once the courier has confirmed successful delivery.
