These conditions regulate the access, use, and purchase of products through the website www.saenzstudios.com. By accessing and making a purchase on our site, the user unreservedly accepts these general terms and conditions of contract.
1. Products and prices
The products offered in the online store are detailed as accurately as possible. Prices are indicated in euros and include the current VAT. Sáenz Studio reserves the right to modify prices and conditions without prior notice. Product availability may vary.
2. Purchase process
To place an order, the user must follow the procedure established on the site. Order confirmation implies full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions.
3. Payment methods
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other method enabled at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through the corresponding platforms.
4. Shipping
• Peninsula: €5.00 • Balearic Islands: €8.00 • Canary Islands: €10.00 • Europe: €12.00
Orders within the Peninsula are shipped within 2-3 business days, while orders for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and the rest of Europe are shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

Once the purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email and your order tracking number so you can stay informed about the status of your shipment at all times.
Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Some of our carriers may deliver on weekends, which can occasionally shorten delivery times, but we cannot guarantee weekend delivery.
Orders can be signed for by someone other than the recipient; however, we cannot accept responsibility if the signature at the delivery address does not match the intended recipient. Additionally, packages delivered with proof of signature cannot be refunded or replaced once the courier service has confirmed successful delivery.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if they have not been prepared or loaded into the courier service. To do this, the customer must notify us as soon as possible by email at hola@saenzstudios.com. If the order is already in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
6. Returns
The customer can request a return of their order within 14 calendar days from its receipt. Only returns of products that are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all their tags and seals intact will be accepted.
To initiate the process, you must contact hola@saenzstudios.com. The refund will be issued once the product has been received and reviewed, deducting shipping and return costs. The amount will be reimbursed using the same payment method, and it may take up to 10 calendar days, depending on the customer's bank.
7. Exchanges
Sáenz Studio does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, the customer must return the original and place a new order.
8. Defective products
If the received item has defects, it must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from its receipt by writing to hola@saenzstudios.com. The appropriate solution will be managed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any conflict arising from their application, the parties will submit to the legally corresponding courts and tribunals.
